The first production step
Hot forging and brass forging.
The semi-finished material is exclusively procured through esteemed European suppliers.
The alloy composition is being documented by test certificates.
The pressing is carried out by automated manufacturing cells that form the semi-finished material into molding blanks. In the next steps debarring and heat treatment are conducted.
